The tour will start at the Meadow Lane site, Meadow Lane, Chilwell. NG9 5AA and will include a tour of the Cator Lane site as well (Year 2 - Year 6 classes). It will last for no longer than an hour.

We are also delighted to offer an open morning on Saturday 16th November between 9.30am - 11.30am. This is an opportunity for you to come along with your children to meet the Head Teacher and Early Years staff. Children will also get the chance to explore the classrooms and Early Years garden.

Welcome to The Lanes Primary

As Chair of Governors I would like to welcome you to The Lanes Primary School website, and especially this section for potential new starters.  Starting school for the very first time is an important milestone for both you and your child and all of us here believe that this should also be a time of great excitement and opportunity.

Whilst academic progress is important, so is a love of learning that can follow your child through the rest of their life.  We are therefore committed to ensuring that both you and your child will have an experience that is as positive as possible, from the very first day and throughout your whole journey at our school.

There are a number of dates to visit the school for a tour, as well as an open day to visit and meet staff and governors. We look forward to meeting you.
