Anti-Bullying

In 2019-20 we took part in the All Together: whole school anti-bullying programme with our children and staff. The staff completed the online training to ensure that we all have a shared understanding of bullying and how to deal with it should it arise in school. We also reviewed our Anti Bullying policy. The children took part in questionnaires and we worked together to ensure that they also had a good understanding of what bullying is and how to deal with it.

We are very proud to say that we achieved the Silver award.

As a school we take part in Anti Bullying Week every year. In 2022 this takes place from Monday 14^th November until Friday 18^th November. The children complete work in class and work is displayed in school. Our school assemblies support our learning too.

The Anti-Bullying Alliance has worked with over 400 young people and 100 members of school staff to develop our theme for this year's Anti-Bullying Week.
