What is MyChildAtSchool?
My Child At School (MCAS) is a free online Portal and App that enables parents to view key information about their children and the school, and to easily contact the school with queries or to report absence.
MCAS is our one-stop app with a range of different uses:
- Communications
Text communications between home and school. Use it to report absences, send through any queries, and get a notification if we send out a message. - Online payments
Dinner money, trip payments, etc can all be easily made. - Consents
Quickly and easily provide consent for your child, from trips and groups to first aid administration and information sharing. - Calendar and events
See our term dates, INSET days, and events coming up in our school calendar.l. - Attendance
See your child's attendance data, including late marks and un-authorised absences.
Please note that not all of these features will be available until we join WHP Trust.
If you have more than one child at school you can see them all through the same login. Tap on the name of the first child to open up a list of your other children and choose which to view.
All parents/carers should receive an email asking them to click on a link to create your login password for MyChildAtSchool (MCAS). Please note this link will expire in 24 hours. Don't worry if the link expires before you have had chance to set up your account, you can simply visit https://www.mychildatschool.com/MCAS/MCSForgottenLogin and enter your email address to get a new link.
Parents/carers of new starters can register themselves once we have a valid email address on file for you and your child is on roll. You can do this by visiting the same link above, and entering the email address you have provided to us.
If we do not hold a valid email address for people with parental responsibility, you will not be able to access MCAS. If you require access, please get in touch with us using the link below. Additionally, if you share an email address with your partner, only one email address can be linked to a MCAS account. You may choose to share this account, or provide us with an alternate email address for individual access.

If you already use MCAS for children at a different school, open the app and tap the Accounts icon at the bottom of the screen, where you should be able to search for our school to add.
Topping up Dinner Money
If you have more than one child at the school, please add dinner money to each child's balance by switching between your children on the menu. If you accidentally put all of the balance on one child's account please contact the school and we can split this as required.
How do I access it?
The portal can be accessed via an internet browser on any device connected to the internet. Use the blue login button below, and then for ease add the site to your favourites or bookmarks.
Alternatively, parents can install the MyChildAtSchool parent App, available to download on iOS and Android devices. Search you app store for 'MyChildAtSchool', or use the buttons below:
